Beef & Chicken - Hybrid Buffet/Chef manned station
2 chefs, 2 carving stations built into one buffet set up where your guests choose from your selection of grilled chicken or roasted beef carved to order under heat lamps. Then, moving along through the buffet, your guests will get two sauce/topping choices for their chicken, and two choices for the beef from which you will pre-choose from a list we will provide to you. This buffet is served with vegetable side, starch side and salad of choice including dinner rolls with butter.
Pasta & Chicken - Hybrid buffet/chef manned station
Chef manned pasta station with choice of 2 types of pasta, 3 sauce choices including a stationary chicken entree of your choice, sides and dinner salad with 2 homemade dressings.
Or switch the chef manned station to a chicken dish with 2 sauce choices and a stationary pasta entree of choice, dinner salad with 2 homemade dressings.
