Candied Bacon Wrapped Sirloin Pops

There are not many meat eaters who dislike bacon and steak as we have found so true across the years of working in this business. However, when you put the two together, spread the inside of the bacon with a gorgonzola cream and finish the skewer off by dipping it in brown sugar, you reach a whole new level of meat eating love. The mildly sweet candied bacon, the savory seared sirloin and nicely balanced aromatic and slightly salty gorgonzola cream is a true win win situation for any meat eating palate!
