Greetings,I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how wonderful everything was Saturday evening. All of Carol's friends raved about the food. I personally was so impressed with your professionalism, flexibility and going with the flow with me running around like a chicken at the beginning. It was so much fun and you two really got it down to a science. I am glad Kevin found you.At first, I was a little concerned how I was going to keep many of the guests out of the kitchen so you could do your jobs. The table arrangements were so lovely and precious just like your smile Colleen. Of course, chef Chris probably had the biggest challenge cooking without a stove hood. I am re-evaluating that situation and seeing how a hood could be installed, etc... I think the funniest thing was me, an Italian couldn't locate three of her wine bottle openers. Oh well, there around somewhere.Lastly, thanks again for such a wonderful meal for Carol's birthday celebration. I would welcome you into my home anytime in the near future for events. I am so glad you left many business cards as my neighbor is inquiry, as well as some co-workers. I will definitely get the word out.
