Chef Christopher Robert has partnered up with Hayden Flour Mills and Queen Creek Olive Mill for custom tailored local ingredients and are the foundation of our handcrafted pastas and breads which pair beautifully with our newest Italian menus. This is Italian affair taken to the next level. Perfect for lunch delivery and special events alike.

Portable Pubs Grill & Spirits

Portable Pubs Cocktail Catering is a well established special-event-bar-service and has taken on a new identity by adding its own executive Chef. Headed by Chef Sean Roe, who has developed these fine American fusion menus which are perfect for all types of special events where pairing bar service with great food is your perfect match.
