As an Italian chef, it is of the utmost importance to me that everything we use to prepare your meal is made from fresh, quality ingredients whether it be some of the finest imports, or locally sourced from Arizona farms as many dishes on our menu are. Furthermore, all of our dishes, sauces, dressings, and most breads are made from scratch by myself and my team of classically trained culinary artists using a wide range of regional techniques.
