Many great parties later, Portable Pubs brought a chef into the lineup and Arizona Event Catering was born. the founder of Portable Pubs, LLC and Arizona Event Catering, gained his experience working in many
positions at his families 9 Italian restaurants across the valley for over twenty years. Next he worked six years with two separate coorporate restaurants as an assistant and then general manager. This experience was crucial to the current structure of our two compaines today.
He then decided to leave the business for which he enrolled as a full time student at Arizona State University. It was during this time that he obtained his experience serving and bartending at a number of popular restaurants , bars, catering and event bartending companies. This was the driving force in the inception of Arizona Event Catering, a company which can offer a variety of wonderful services and catering designed with all budgets in mind without compromising the made-from-scratch-with-care-quality.
